Thanks Luz, I am more then happy to know that you will be posting some good information regarding, "Health and wellness. All of us are paying for not participating in a wellness program. I have to blame myself, since i do not have the time to go to the gym at all. I love running, and i do so only on Saturdays when i do not have no homework. One of the goals that i have in mind is, "Going back to the gym room, that is going to happen once i get out of Kendall. I am so glad that we are getting close to finishing the end line.

As i sit on my chair, many school memories come in my mind, and there is a Kendall student that i have to thank, "Luz, there were many times that i did not understand my homework." I was falling apart! When i used to call you and said, "Luz, can you help? You will allways say, "Come over my home, i do not understand the homework either, but we can both work it out." Our journey had not been smooth, no one would have said it was. Knowing that you were there had always help me be at ease, up until our last class, you gaved me strategies to develop my advocacy plan presentation. Thank you Luz, i will see you in class this coming Saturday and i will thank you in person.
